LOW GWP R290 REFRIGERANT

R290 heat pump is often called propane heat pump
Thanks to the use of R290 refrigerant, traditional refrigerants such as R22 and R410A are not suitable for use in tropical regions, while R290 refrigerant has a unique adaptability to hot climates.
R290 refrigerant has a high thermal conductivity, large latent heat of evaporation, small molecular weight, good fluidity, low conveying pressure, and small compressor load, which can extend the service life of the compressor. The use of R290 refrigerant can save energy by about 30%.

With better dynamic balance and a reduction in turbulence related noise the heat pump series operating efficiency and noise production is greatly improved and reduced.

Sound Proof lsolation
All sides of the heat pump unit cabinet are fully wrapped with sound proof sponge material, which effectively absorbs and blocks noise from the compressor operation.

Uncompromised Low Ambient Performance
R290 units have very good perfomance under low ambient temperature, for example 4kw unit can make sure 100% Rated Output at -10°C ambient temperature.
Intelligent defrost logic is based on actual frost conditions considering multiple factors simultaneously. Avoiding common issues such as leaving frost unremoved, defrosting when not necessary, and incomplete frost removal. The logic has been extensively validated and proven through rigorous testing in simulated snowfall laboratories.

Higher leaving water temperature
Maximum leaving water temperature can reach 75°C by heat pump only, which will be ideal solution for retrofitting project, to replace gas boiler with radiator for space heating.
Environment-Friendly Design
Thanks to the high-eficiency twin rotary compressor 25% larger evaporator, and plate heat exchanger, optimized refrigerant flow and air channel design, R290 air source heat pump can achieve A+++ energy efficiency rating for both 35/55'c water temperature conditions

The R290 heat pump unit is capable of adjusting its capacity based on different electrical signals
When receiving a free electricity signal, the unit will operate in boost mode to store heat in the DHW tank efficiency to balance the capacity output and power When receiving a normal price signal, the unit will run with high consumption When receiving a high price signal, the unit will operate in limited time and provide only space heating function.

Anti-freeze logic
The R290 air source heat pump incorporate an anti-freeze logic that activates when the water temperature falls below 5°c. The system will maintain the water temperature at around 15'c. in addition, the external anti-freeze valve will mechanically open when the water temperature drops below 3'C with an accuracy of +1°C. This logic ensures the system avoids freezing damage and unnecessary drainage.

Cascade application
Luckingstar cascade function can maximum combine 16 units in one system, the smart cascade application distributes the load intelligently across up to 16 units according to the building real capacity requirements and also can realize the air conditioning /DHW hot water at the same time.

Smart grid function (SG ready)
The heat pump unit is capable of adjusting its capacity based on different electrical signals:
